Everstar Welcomes David Mannai (PSEG Nuclear VP) as an Industry Advisor

We’re proud to announce another member of our Everstar Industry Advisory Panel.

David Mannai brings the insight of a regulator and the operational rigor of an engineer. He’s currently VP of Regulatory Affairs and Oversight at PSEG Nuclear, with previous roles in licensing and reactor engineering at Entergy, and time as an NRC resident inspector and nuclear shift test engineer for the DoD at two naval shipyards.

We’re excited to have Dave’s expertise and innovative spirit guiding our mission—bringing engineering, operational, and regulatory insight while we focus on managing the paperwork.
